Benji Valor is a conniving ninja who is member of Anubis Empire, a group villains who serve the god Anubis. He wishes to collect the keys to release the dark god. He first appeared disguised as Nerokage, Terrence's evil clone, while hunting for one of the keys on the island inhabited by the legendary Pokemon, Cresellia.
